The Emotivoo platform allows you to manage incentive and loyalty programs through a system of strategic campaigns that each COMPANY defines and that generate points for participants, and that they can redeem in a catalog of incentives.

Participation in the incentive campaign is free and does not in itself imply any additional payment for participation in it or, where applicable, for obtaining the incentive, with the exception of the costs of calls, telephone messages, email, faxes, or any other communication that the participant must make.
Emotivoo guarantees its clients or users that when they display or present the codes under the terms required by the company that distributes or provides the product or service and that have been included on said page with their authorization and consent, it will comply with the service that appears in said codes. However, Emotivoo does not assume any obligation or guarantee regarding the provision of the service or acquisition of the product by the company since the company is obliged to comply with it in its own name and as an independent businessman, exempting Emotivoo from any non-compliance, whether total or partial, as well as from defective compliance with said provision or acquisition of the product.
The acquisition of any product will comply with the return policy of the company providing it.
All participants who have correctly registered will participate in the different campaigns in which they have been selected by THE COMPANY and may obtain points depending on the commercial or tactical results that have been defined.
Acceptance of these General Conditions entails acceptance of the Bases or Conditions of the Campaigns in which you can participate, without the need for express acceptance of the bases of each Campaign.
The points obtained in the PROGRAM expire , reflecting the expired points in the participant's points balance.
The available points can be exchanged in the Program incentives catalog and in no case can they be exchanged for cash or transferred between participants.
In the case of digital products, the link to download the incentive coupon will be valid for 6 months. Once the link expires, downloading the coupon will not be possible.
The points obtained can only be redeemed in the incentive catalog available in each program. The incentive catalog may be modified at any time without the need for prior communication to participants.
In no case can the points available for the exchange of catalog incentives be completed with money.
The value of the points indicated by each incentive includes all expenses that may arise from their exchange: handling, shipping, etc.
Once the coupon is downloaded, its expiration will be determined by the dates established on the coupon itself, which will vary depending on the incentive redeemed.
All incentives are non-transferable, so their marketing and/or sale is prohibited. The user may exchange the amount of their points for as many products until the available balance is exhausted or until expiration.
Emotivoo is not responsible for incidents and events of any kind that are caused by a breakdown in the computer program, if applicable, due to a case of force majeure (for example, impossibility of registering a participant, interruption or loss of a call, etc.) nor for incidents that have their origin in cases of force majeure derived from causes such as a breakdown in the telephone, computer, or electrical network, caused by natural external agents (atmospheric, climatological, or by poor functioning of the companies supplying said services).
Nor is it responsible for the impossibility of registering any participant due to an error in the capture of their personal data, as a consequence of writings that, where appropriate, are intangible, incomplete, erroneous or false, nor for any defects or hidden defects that the aforementioned prize may present and that are attributable to the manufacturing or distributing company thereof, nor for incidents that have their origin in cases of force majeure derived from causes such as a breakdown in the telephone, computer, or electrical network, caused by due to external natural or atmospheric agents, or due to poor functioning of the companies supplying said services).

The emotivoo platform on which THE PROGRAM is hosted is the property of Chequemotiva, and all content published on The PROGRAM (banners, logos, downloadable documents, user database) is the property of the COMPANY and is protected by the corresponding intellectual and industrial property rights.
At no time can it be understood that the use or access to the Website and/or the services offered therein, attribute to the User any right over the aforementioned brands, trade names and/or distinctive signs.
The license to use any content of this Website granted to the User is limited to the download by the User of said content and its professional use, provided that the aforementioned content remains intact.
