How many orders can I place in this program?

You can place various orders until your balance is empty. No need to spend all your balance in one shot

Until when can I redeem my points?

You can redeem your points as long as the program is in effect and your points do not expire. Consult the General Conditions to find out the duration of the program and the expiration of your points. This is very important, since once they expire, you will lose them and will not be able to redeem them.

Can I exchange my points?

We are sorry, but the points are personal and cannot be shared or distributed with other participants. They are just for you!

I don't have enough points for one of the prizes, can I top it up with money? Can I exchange my points for money?

Impossible. Points cannot be exchanged for money and can only be exchanged for products that appear in the catalog that appears in the program. You cannot complete your missing points with money either.

How often are points charged?

Points can be loaded at any time and there is no exact date for loading them, as it depends on the campaigns you participate in. But don't worry, every time there is a new load of points or a campaign ends, you will receive an email communication to inform you.

I do not agree with the points I have uploaded, what can I do?

If you believe there is an error in the points loaded, contact your supervisor or sales manager. You can also send us your questions through the Contact section.

How do I receive my redeemed incentives?

In the case of digital incentives, you have them available in your My Redemptions section, from where you can download them. Keep in mind the download expiration date, since once it has passed, you will not be able to download the incentive again.

How much time do I have to enjoy my incentive that I have already downloaded?

That will depend on each incentive. The conditions and dates to be able to use it are shown in the incentive voucher itself.
